Redmoon’s final work day

by SLY on March 21st, 2008

We wet the dirt.

We write the cues.

He finds a way to have a breakdown with a puppet and a paper mache liquor bottle.

The director and I battle over more rehearsal time or teching the show.

Martin lost a foot.

Alice, a finger.

The song goes from scarecrow to every time to worse part about drinking.

Maybe we will see a reprise of the cat’s pajama.

Seth just have is script number 10452365.

John has fifteen cues to fix.

Ralph has cues but no sound to input.

My script has seen better days.

And afterwards we walk to sip and we laugh as the dust settles over it all.

This is a good show.

And we can live in the change.

And there is something this show is telling us. There is something its showing us. Something is happening here.

And having Frank, Jim, Vanessa, Tracy, Seth, Ralph, Charles, Rob, Amanda, and John in the room is having talent that others will never be privy too.

We are blessed.

This is a sacred place,

Consecrated for a holy work.
