Full Sugar Moon ~ Sensual Soul Adventures
On March 8th, at precisely 4:40pm, we entered in the Full Sugar Moon in Virgo. I recall hours before packing a bag for three adventures that were to come, all involving the full engagement of my body. All involving presence, heart and soul. All involving pushing myself, trying something new and creating anew where no path was before. All involving the full expressions of my soul, the focused direction of my energy and the explorations of my heart. Wednesday to Thursday of this past week were two nights to remember. To top it off, I quite literally howled at the moon.
This full moon goes by many names. Worm Moon. Crow Moon. Crust Moon. Sap Moon. Lenten Moon. During this specific itieration, I most resonate with Full Sugar Moon. Mercury, Saturn and Mars also happened to be in retrograde. The stars are trying to tell me something. What stands out to me during this time of the year is that the Spring Equinox is fast approaching.
I am grateful for where I stand now. I’m grateful that my explorations led me to the full engagement of my sensuality and sexuality as it relates to art, relationships and adventure. I think the moon watches me, as does the rest of the cosmos and it provides light, direction and wisdom. It provides guidance, ritual and a measure of passing time. I am grateful for the constant ebb and flow. Here’s my note to you. Admist all the grand adventures that present themselves and that you create, remember to take a moment and pause. Look up, look around you. Open your ears and heart. Breathe deeply. Note the moment, say hello to the moon and then keep at it.
