My friend Erin and I have wanted to make Red Velvet Pancakes FOREVER! We’ve had a tentative date planned for an entire year. Finally, we set aside from time and created magic. Our recipe was loosely adapted from Food Republic’s recipe. Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 egg 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon red food coloring 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1 teaspoon of vietnamese cinnamon Directions See video below.
