Summer Manifesto 2012

These are things I’d like to accomplish this summer.

"Sheena LaShay"

1. Go on a picnic

2. Go to the beach

3. Hang out at the secret spot Jantira showed me when Sam was in town

4. Crash someone else’s BBQ (This has been a goal of mine for several years)

5. Go horseback riding

"Sheena LaShay"

6. Edit a picture in photoshop without following along with a tutorial

7. Drastically, artistically, ridiculously edit a picture in photo shop with the allowance of following a tutorial

8. Go to the zoo

9. Go to the botanical gardens

10. Go to prospect park

"Sheena LaShay"

11. Take a portrait of someone

12. Create a summer nature video like my autumn on one youtube

13. C.R.E.A.T.E. 2012 – 4 of 6 have their plane tickets so far. I’m so freaking excited

14. The Mr. Series (That’s all I’ll write about that one. Le sigh.)

15. Make a new body product (Foot Balm? Cooling skin gel? Bubble Bath? Shaving Cream? Who knows.)

"Sheena LaShay"

16. Try cooking a completely new vegetarian dish (I’m leaning towards eggplant pamersan because it scares the crap out of me to try.)

17. Try creating a new raw dish (Something real funky and complicated and fun. Not a green soup or salad.)

18. Eat popsicles. One billion, trillion, hundreds of millions of popsicles

19. Make a new sorbet or ice cream flavor (Lavender Rose. Tangerine Burst. Lemon & Ginger. I don’t know.)

20. Write a magazine article on the silent retreat

"Sheena LaShay"

21. Edit my silent retreat pictures

22. Edit my silent retreat videos

23. Meditate

24. Own a bicycle

25. Go somewhere in New York that I’ve never been.

"Sheena LaShay"

26. Play a pick up volleyball game, preferably on sand.

That’s quite the list! Your summer must be longer than mine or I need to get organized and make stuff happen!

@BlackBetty, I think some of the things can be combined. I could do a picnic at the beach, for example and at the beach where i’m having a picnic, there may be a pickup game of volleyball and down the way are people having a bbq that I can crash. LOL. Its also what I’d like to accomplish knowing that I might not get to all of it. For example, the horses…I have no clue where I’ll find a horse to ride.
