Sheena LaShay is energy manifesting in many forms. She is a writer, artist, siren and dancer who expresses her authentic SELF through creativity, empowerment, sensuality and spirituality.

Sheena likes dreaming up projects and then actuating them such as C.R.E.A.T.E. 2011 or  “Curls and Curves ~ A Natural Hair and Body Party” . She’s currently brainstorming a sensuality|sexuality|spiritual ecourse, developing topics for The Goddess Life, & writing her first article for Vertical Art & Fitness Magazine among many other exciting projects..

She loves to stage manager theater plays, read all kinds of books and make mixed media journals as well as homemade all natural products. She enjoys photography, celebrating her friends and creating sacred rituals.

Sheena is an advocate for many things. Some of her soapboxes are speaking out against abuse, speaking for the rights of those with same sex orientation and musing on education, art, death and sustainability.

Sheena believes in ascribing to a holistic lifestyle of self centeredness.

It is her hope to inspire you to be your authentic SELF wholeheartedly.
